**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the solution process by understanding requirements and designing innovative and scalable technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, solution architectures, and project plans.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution development lifecycle.
- Solid understanding and experience in Agile SDLC approach
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Lead or actively participate in technical development tasks, ensuring high quality deliverables.
- Leverage your cloud knowledge (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to design and implement cloud-based solutions.
- Stay updated on cloud best practices, security standards, and cost optimisation techniques.
- Collaborate with the cloud engineering team to align solutions with cloud architecture and design principles.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align our solutions with their strategic goals and provide technical recommendations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of technology professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Support the professional growth and development of team members through coaching and feedback.
- Lead annual IT audits

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in technical solutions, training, pre-sales, and hands-on technical roles.
- Strong technical background with software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies expertise.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and business needs.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fintech experience will be required.
- Should have worked in an ADGM regulated entity.
