- We're a marketing agency that focuses on helping small businesses succeed, by helping them attract new customers through marketing, and automation.
- Our clients LOVE US, and we are growing quickly
- We're currently working with about 180 clients, and they have see AMAZING results.

**As a media buyer, here are your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing over 60 campaigns for small businesses
- Consistently monitor & track Facebook ads results to ensure high performance
- Get access to client FB assets, create Business Manager for clients when needed
- Research our competitors for what’s working and what’s not
- Develop strong understanding of the dance studio and advertising best practices

**You're perfect for the job, IF you**:

- Are extremely attentive to detail
- Are able to to follow a proven process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proactively implement changes to campaigns for best results
- Someone who will research and implement other areas of opportunity besides Facebook to ensure the continued success of campaigns (Pinterest, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience running Facebook ads
- Must be willing to jump on Zoom calls with our friendly clients to help them set up their Facebook business assets (business page, IG account, pixel, ad account)
- Must have home office equipment/computer and high speed-internet
- Previous agency experience is a plus
