**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) - Kannada & English

**Location**: Whitefield, Bangalore
**Experience Required**: Fresher

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Shift**: Rotational Shifts (1-2 Night Shifts/Month)

We are hiring **Customer Support Executives** who are fluent in **Kannada and English** for our voice-based support team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in a non-sales, no-target work environment with assured growth opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
- Document interactions and update records accurately.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach with customers.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills in **Kannada and English**.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts** (including monthly 1-2 night shifts).

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Base Salary**: ₹16,000 per month
- **Attendance Bonus**:

- **Night Shift Allowance** (as applicable)

- **Retention Bonus**: ₹6,000 after 6 months
