**Primary Responsibilities**: As a Personalized Real Estate Solutions Consultant at White Collar Realty, your primary duties include:

- Conducting in-depth client consultations to fully understand their property needs and preferences.
- Clearly communicating the advantages and features of our services to clients.
- Proactively building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
- Skillfully addressing client needs and negotiating new business agreements.
- Implementing targeted outreach strategies to pursue business opportunities.
- Establishing and attaining annual targets and goals.
- Utilizing analytical insights to identify opportunities and tackle business challenges.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Ideally, 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service capabilities.
