**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Vision**:

- Develop and implement a clear vision and strategic plan for the school’s educational goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive school climate and culture that promotes high standards for academic achievement and student behavior.
- Provide inspirational leadership to staff, students, and the school community, setting a high standard for excellence.
- **Academic Management**:

- Oversee the development and implementation of the school curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance, academic programs, and instructional practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement and support effective teaching methodologies and professional development opportunities for staff.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the school, including budgeting, scheduling, and facilities management.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and school policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Valid Principal or School Leadership certification.
- Proven experience as a school administrator or in a leadership role in education.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.

**Experience**:

- Principal: 10 years (required)
