**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Leadership**: Oversee curriculum development, faculty coordination, and student engagement to maintain high educational standards.
- **Administration & Management**: Manage day-to-day college operations, liaise with regulatory bodies, and ensure compliance with statutory norms.
- **Faculty Supervision**: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to foster a high-quality learning environment.
- **Student Development**: Promote academic excellence, student discipline, and career guidance initiatives.
- **Research & Innovation**: Encourage faculty and student research activities in the field of Physiotherapy.
- **Public Relations & Outreach**: Build collaborations with hospitals, research institutions, and industry partners for internships and placements.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Master of Physiotherapy (MPT)** from a recognized university.
- Sound knowledge of **university regulations, accreditation processes, and higher education policies**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
