Roles and responsibilities of telecaller:

- Using MS word and Excel to analyze the data for calling the clients.
- telecaller should be good at communication and it is responsible for

captivate consumers.
- telecaller is a Brand Identity of Development you need to contribute to

the development and maintenance of a brand's identity by your comm skills.
- Updates and follow ups from the clients, distributors about the services of our agency ,
- Follow the rules and the guidelines and must be responsible and accountable for the work.
- Responsible while working on the confidential data also ensuring

the privacy.
- Understand the clients requirements and work accordingly.
- Explain the services provided by our agency along with the requirement and benefits.
- Share all the terms and conditions and policies with the client.
- Schedule the meetings with clients and GM and MD.
- Maintain the professionalism and discipline.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
