**Job Description: Legal Associate (IPR) - C Cube Advisors LLP**

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

We are seeking a dynamic Legal Associate with a solid background in IPR to join our team in Chandigarh.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Trademark**:

- Handling objections, oppositions, and renewals.
- Drafting and filing replies to trademark objections.
- Representing clients in hearings before the Trademark Registry.
- Managing trademark searches and advising clients on the availability of marks.
- **Copyright**:

- Handling objections and opposition matters.
- Managing the registration and licensing of copyright materials.
- Advising clients on copyright infringement issues and preventive measures.
- Drafting legal notices for infringement and defending clients' rights in copyright matters.
- **Designs**:

- Drafting responses to examination reports.
- Advising clients on design protection and infringement.
- Representing clients in matters related to design disputes.
- **General IPR Responsibilities**:

- Drafting and reviewing agreements related to IPR, including licensing, assignment, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Advising clients on IP strategies, protection measures, and portfolio management.
- Conducting due diligence and providing legal opinions on IP-related issues.
- Staying updated with the latest developments in the field of IPR and advising clients accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), with a focus on trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
