**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct and continuous nursing care to critically ill patients in the ER/ICU/Ward.
- Monitor and record vital signs, fluid balance, oxygen saturation, and other patient parameters accurately.
- Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and treatments as per doctor’s orders.
- Assist physicians during medical procedures and emergency interventions (e.g., intubation, central line insertion, code blue management).
- Operate and maintain ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, defibrillators, etc.
- Observe and promptly report any changes in the patient’s condition to the physician.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, charts, and reports.
- Ensure infection control and aseptic techniques are strictly followed.
- Support patient families by providing updates and emotional comfort under supervision of the nursing in-charge.
- Participate in ICU rounds, handovers, and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Maintain stock and ensure availability of emergency medicines, equipment, and consumables.
- Adhere to hospital policies, code of conduct, and nursing ethics at all times.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- **Registration**:Registered with State Nursing Council (GNC Only)**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ICU / Critical Care Unit preferred
