**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop **architectural and interior designs** based on client requirements.
- Create detailed **2D drawings and 3D visualizations** using tools like **AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion**.
- Prepare **presentations and design proposals** for client meetings.
- Manage **end-to-end project execution** — from design approval to project handover.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
- Estimate **project costs, material quantities, and timelines** accurately.
- Ensure **color coordination, material selection (including laminates), and Vastu principles** are well incorporated.
- Conduct **site visits** for project supervision, quality checks, and progress monitoring.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams throughout project phases.

**Required Skills & Tools**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray** for design and rendering.
- Excellent understanding of **design principles, material selection, and spatial planning**.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of **Vastu**, **color combinations**, and **laminate materials**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in **English, Kannada, and Hindi**.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)** or **B.Sc / Diploma in Interior Design**.
- **Experience**: 1.5 - 3 years in architecture, interior design, or project execution.
