About the Role:

Ordient Ventures Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Architect with strong expertise in design development, project execution, and client management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 2D and 3D design, rendering, and presentation, along with deep knowledge of interior design elements, color coordination, materials, and Vastu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop architectural and interior designs based on client requirements.
  • Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion.
  • Prepare presentations and design proposals for client meetings.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution — from design approval to project handover.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Estimate project costs, material quantities, and timelines accurately.
  • Ensure color coordination, material selection (including laminates), and Vastu principles are well incorporated.
  • Conduct site visits for project supervision, quality checks, and progress monitoring.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams throughout project phases.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray for design and rendering.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, material selection, and spatial planning.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of Vastu, color combinations, and laminate materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or B.Sc / Diploma in Interior Design.
  • Experience: 1.5 – 3 years in architecture, interior design, or project execution.
