**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.

- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and business development.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

**Skills**
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in English.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with a knack for persuading potential clients.
- Ability to market products effectively while understanding customer needs.
- Proficiency in using technology tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
- A background in business development is a plus, showcasing an understanding of market dynamics.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
