**EMPLOYMENT TYPE**: Full-Time, on-site, 6 days working, Mon to Sat (**Sundays are off**)

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate investment options.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain a detailed record of all interactions in CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Handle basic client queries and route complex inquiries to the sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback to management on lead quality and client preferences.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer service or sales role (Real Estate sector preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of real estate market trends will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
