To Monitor the work of Account Assistant related to daily Purchase/Sales & Expense Entries.

2. To Monitor the work of Account Assistant related to Maintaining Files, documentation & day to day Book Keeping

4. Petty Cash handling & steps to minimize the daily expenses

5. Reconciliation of all bank accounts

6. Maintaining Job Costing Sheets of every dispatches.

7. Checking of Daily Consumption of Raw Material used in production against every job (LP).

8. Highlighting the management for excess/extra issue of material by stores dept. to production.

9. Regular Reconciliation of Suppliers & Customers Ledgers to ensure there is no mismatch.

10. Timely Collection of Payment from Customers

11. Timely Suppliers Payment

12. Timely Suppliers bills collections & ensuring no bills are missed out.

13.Timely checking of GSTR2A to ensure returns are filed by suppliers & related follow-up.

14. Monitoring Daily purchases by Physically checking the materials received as well as weekly and Monthly Stock audit in the stores dept.

16. Preparing various reports & any other works as assigned.

17. Resolve all accounts related issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
