Our client is a leading player in the real estate business.

We are looking for a qualified CA, for the following role:

- A dynamic professional with 4- 6 years of rich experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation & GST.
- Proficient in preparing Accounting & Financial Management Reports as per requirements.
- Proficient in preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts with extensive knowledge in handling auditing related matters.
- Adept at managing day-to-day accounts-related activities in coordination with internal / external departments for smooth financial operations.
- A proactive learner with a flair for adopting emerging trends and addressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives & profitability norms.
- An impressive communicator with honed interpersonal, team building, negotiation, presentation, convincing and analytical skills.
- Good computer knowledge of Word and Excel and also Tally package or other Accounting packages.
- Preparation & Filing of Tax Audit Report, To handle Scrutiny Assessments as well as assisting the Representative Chartered Accountant in all the stages of scrutiny. Filing of IT Returns/GST Returns of Corporate and Non Corporate Assesses, Quarterly TDS & GST Returns.
- Able to independently manage Cashflow, Preparation of Budgets, Cashflow forecast, MIS reporting.
- Supervision of Indirect Taxes (GST/TDS) and ensuring timely filling of respective returns.
- Knowledge of RERA will be an added advantage
- Experience in handling Listed company accounts.
- Knowledge and Experience in the INDAS accounting system
- Experience of the Real Estate industry will be given preference

Office Timings - 10 to 6.30

Monday to Friday Working. (Saturday Sunday Off)

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
