**About the Role**:
We are expanding our accounting services and are looking for a **qualified Inter Chartered Accountant (CA)** to join our **Kolkata branch**. With an increasing workload and two major clients entrusting us with their accounting and tax compliance, we seek a skilled professional to manage financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **accounting and financial reporting** in compliance with **IFRS and GAAP** standards.
- Handle **VAT filing, reconciliation, and compliance** with **FTA regulations**.
- Oversee **corporate tax (CT) compliance, return filing, and advisory**.
- Conduct **internal audits**, ensure financial controls, and adhere to **regulatory compliance**.
- Assist in streamlining accounting operations and **scaling financial services** to additional clients.
- Support in **managing the increasing workload**, ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- **Inter CA qualification** is mandatory.
- **3+ years of relevant experience** in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in **IFRS, GAAP, VAT, and corporate tax regulations**.
- Experience with **internal audits and financial controls**.
- Strong knowledge of **accounting software and financial reporting tools**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients**.
