**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote loan products
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding loan offerings and provide detailed product information.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to ensure conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in telecalling/loan sales/customer service
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Basic knowledge of loans, banking, or financial products preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
