**JD for Branch relationship officer in Axis Bank.**

**Roles**:

- To work as teller as per organisation’s requirements for processing cash transactions of customers.
- Providing financial solution to the new and existing customers by offering bank’s products.
- Cross selling bank’s products.
- Connecting with mapped customers to offer products as per the need of the customer.
- Resolving customer queries within the defined TAT.
- Introduce customers to alternate channels of banking. E.g.: Internet banking, mobile banking, WhatsApp banking.
- Offering third party products. E.g.: Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offering right solutions to the customers.
- Generating referral leads.
- Promoting bank’s products by participating in Marketing activities and customer visits.
- Ensure all audit requirements of the bank are met with optimum audit rating.
- Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role.
- Complete all trainings conducted by bank from time to time.
- Daily entry of customer interaction in bank’s CRM system.
- Participate and follow initiatives/Campaigns/Drives that the bank undertakes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹395,000.00 per year
