Key Responsibilities:
1.Prepare and process accurate **Airway Bills (AWBs)** in accordance with airline and IATA standards.

2.Coordinate with airlines, co-loaders, and clients for booking confirmations and shipment planning.

3.Verify shipping instructions and commercial documents (invoice, packing list, permits, etc.).

4.Maintain records of all air shipments and track cargo movement.

5.Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) and non-DG shipment regulations.

6.Provide updates to customers on shipment status and resolve any documentation issues.

7.Maintain strong communication with internal operations, sales, and logistics teams

**Requirements**:
**-MINIMUM 2 yrs experience required in an AIR Freight/ CHA company**
- Knowledge of air cargo operations and AWB preparation (manual & e-AWB).
- Familiarity with freight forwarding documentation and Incoterms.
- Understanding of Customs, DG handling, and airline booking procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding software.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
