**Job Description**:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Telecalling & Office Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for a combination of telecalling and office-related tasks to support our organization's operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient communication with our clients, customers, and internal team members.

**Responsibilities**:
Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.

Explain products or services to prospective clients and answer their questions.

Keep accurate records of calls and customer information.

Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.

Achieve set targets for call volumes, lead generation, and conversion.

Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues over the phone.

Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.

Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Office Administration:
Perform general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.

Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office workspace.

Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Telecalling activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Provide feedback and insights on customer interactions to improve products and services.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and targets.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to team discussions.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
