Role : CISO (For a Joint venture with Tata Technologies)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the company's information security strategy, aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic guidance and oversight on all security-related initiatives and programs.
Security Operations and Risk Management:
Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of security controls and measures to protect information systems and data assets.
Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks, ensuring resilience against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Lead incident response and recovery efforts in the event of security breaches or incidents.
Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Stay abreast of evolving security threats and compliance requirements, adjusting security strategies accordingly.
Security Architecture and Technology Evaluation:
Evaluate, select, and implement security technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance the company's security posture.
Collaborate with IT and project teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle of products and services.
Team Management and Development:
Lead and manage the cybersecurity tea m, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Define roles, responsibilities, and objectives for the security team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Stakeholder Communication and Education:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of security strategies with business goals and initiatives.
Communicate security risks, incidents, and strategies effectively to executive leadership and the board of directors.
Conduct security awareness programs and training to educate employees on best practices and security protocols.
