**Chief Information Security Officer**:
**Role Summary**: The CISO will represent the organization during NPCI and customer audits, define and implement cyber security strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide objective oversight of all information security measures.
**Special Requirements**: Apart from technical/functional skills, we need to review from the perspective of presence, demeanor, and zeal for continual improvements, to be able to lead the team, to next level of competence, and manage stakeholders effectively. Payments/Fintech experience of atleast 6 Years is mandatory (Knowledge of NPCI products like UPI, IMPS, BBPS, AEPS, etc)
