About the Role:
Base Operations
- To maintain quality and service delivery with the team at all sites
- To continuously achieve client expectations and manage grievances within a suitably set turn
- around-time (TAT)
- To obtain client feedback on a regular basis
- Achieve the targeted shift numbers set up from time to time
- To manage sites’ recruitment and keep a check on the attrition levels to manage a healthy

balance for both
- To ensure that each site has the requisite schedules and checklists updated as decided from

time to time
- To prepare the monthly site visit schedule
- To ensure audit reports are filled-in and submitted as per schedule for your respective sites
- To discuss with the team and rectify audit findings & suggestions
- To co-ordinate reliever management with the backend team

Attendance & Payroll (SILA Connect)
- To ensure closure of attendance by the 2nd of each month for your respective sites
- To check the attendance as compared to budgeted/approved shifts before submission to

payroll team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
