**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional **Receptionist** to serve as the first point of contact for our institute. The Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive first impression, providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Assist with student admissions inquiries and provide basic information about courses and programs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Support the organization of institute events and activities when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Preferred**:
- Experience working in an educational environment is an asset.
- Familiarity with student management systems or CRM software.
