Position Overview:
**Respnsibilities**:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and concerns.

Utilize company resources and tools to efficiently manage customer interactions and documentation.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Adhere to established protocols and procedures for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets and quality standards.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
