Roles and Responsibilities:
Spearheaded Product Development Lifecycle from understanding the Business Case to Implementation.

Handling overshadowed installation of 1000+ smart meters and their maintenance. Managed the server and database by resolving the issues raised by clients.

Should Play a crucial role in Operations & Management; led to 99% clients satisfaction.

Hands on experience Handling Operations & management with daily basis tasked including resolving issues, troubleshooting.

Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role
- Must have experience coordinating with the clients
- Good Knowledge on MS Excel.
- Uploading the documents data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using statistical and database software
- Consulting and project management expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Location - Gurgaon Working Days - 6 days(Monday - Saturday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
