**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and skilled SolidWorks Draftsman & Sales Representative to join our team. This dual role requires proficiency in SolidWorks for drafting and a passion for sales to effectively communicate and sell our engineering solutions to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and modify detailed 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product specifications and features.
- Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions using SolidWorks designs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products and engage with potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (certification preferred).
- Previous experience in drafting or engineering design, along with sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey technical information effectively to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
