**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transaction Processing**:

- Operate cash registers, card payment machines, and other payment systems.
- Accurately process cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and address their inquiries.
- Assist customers with product information and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Uphold a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Count cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and report discrepancies immediately.
- Deposit daily earnings as instructed.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Keep the checkout area neat and organized.
- Stock essential items like bags, receipt paper, and other supplies.
- Assist with basic inventory management when needed.
- **Compliance and Teamwork**:

- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong mathematical and multitasking abilities.
