**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions using our ERP system.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
- **Warehousing**:

- Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and products.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all materials to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Organize and maintain a neat and orderly warehouse environment.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and parts.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate terms and pricing.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers regarding deliveries.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and train warehouse staff in their daily duties.
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Motivate the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on inventory, stock usage, and other warehouse-related metrics.
- Maintain documentation related to inventory receipts, shipments, and returns.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to inventory and warehousing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Stores Incharge, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Certification in Inventory Management or Logistics is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
