**Position Overview**:
**We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Chemist to join our Quality and R&D team. The role involves working in rotational shifts to support perfume manufacturing operations, quality control, and formulation processes.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in the preparation, formulation, and testing of perfumes and fragrance products.**:

- **Conduct routine laboratory analysis, quality checks, and maintain proper records.**:

- **Support production processes to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.**:

- **Work collaboratively with the senior chemist and production team to resolve technical issues.**:

- **Ensure adherence to safety protocols, lab procedures, and company policies.**:

- **Maintain cleanliness, calibration, and proper functioning of laboratory instruments.**

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education: B.Sc. Chemistry or M.Sc. Chemistry (preferred specialization in Organic/Analytical Chemistry).**:

- **Experience: 1-3 years.**:

- **Basic understanding of fragrance/perfume manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Ability to work in rotational shifts.**:

- **Good communication and teamwork skills.**

**Shift & Working Conditions**:

- **Rotational shifts as per company requirements.**:

- **Plant-based working environment in Ozone Industrial Estate, Bhayla (Bhavla).**
