**Job Title: (QC) Chemist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality control tests and inspections on R&D products or prototypes.
- Develop and implement QC procedures to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze data to track product quality trends and make improvements.
- Maintain documentation of QC processes and results.
- Participate in the development of new testing methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior QC staff.

**Requirements**:

- B.Pharma/Diploma in Ayurveda degree.
- Proven experience in quality control within an R&D environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and precision in testing and reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laboratory equipment and testing techniques.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations.
- Ability to adapt to evolving R&D projects and priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
