We are excited to welcome a skilled Proposal Writer to our team. This role entails crafting compelling IT (Information Technology) proposals catering to our US public sector, federal, state, and local government clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple priorities and contribute to the entire proposal development cycle from requirement analysis to final production.
- Create comprehensive technical proposals in response to US Federal, State, and Local Government RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, encompassing various elements such as executive summaries, cover letters, biographies, project descriptions, and project approaches.
- Collate and synthesize tailored information pertinent to the proposal's scope and evaluation criteria outlined by clients.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders, including Directors and Managers, to develop technical proposal content.
- Ensure version control for all documents and integrate feedback and edits.
- Simultaneously maintain, update, and revise multiple drafts while ensuring accurate version management.
- Skillfully proofread and edit all proposal documentation.

**Required Skills**:

- Comfortable with Night Shifts (for part-time role).
- Possess at least 3+ years of experience in Proposal Writing for IT projects.
- Preferred college graduate, ideally with a background in business or communications.
- Aptitude for prioritizing tasks in a multitasking environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to quality and professionalism.
- (Preferred, though not mandatory) Prior experience as a Proposal Writer for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs released by US Federal, State, and local government.
