**Job Description**:
**Skills Required**:

- Any U.G degree or M.B.A
- At least 3+ years of experience into proposal writing (U.S Federal preferred)
- Proven skills in writing and editing proposal content within a complex business environment
- Exposure in U.S government technical proposal development and processes

**Responsibilities**:

- Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, and delivery.
- Ensure win themes are articulated in such a way to meet / exceed the client s requirements.
- Deliver completed written proposal responses against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required.
- Lead storyboard sessions with bid / proposal team members.
- Undertake market research for the kick off and solution meetings.
- Assist the Bid/Proposal Manager in developing a proposal structure.
- Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.
- Ability to coach sales and solution / SME teams in writing best practice.
- Present and tag all new proposal content to the knowledge Library for potential re-use.
- Excellent time management / prioritization skills.
- Flexibility in adapting to deadlines, changing schedules, priorities and unpredictable events.
- Proficient in grammar, spelling, and punctuation and have accurate proofreading skills.
- Detail oriented and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Produce professional, technically-sound, and visually-appealing presentations and graphics.
- Review and understand US Federal Government RFPs, RFIs, RFQs or other solicitation documentation for response requirements
- Develop original content for proposals, leveraging capture information and using proposal processes and tools
- Conceptualize and document proposals technical solution, technical approach and IT task responses
- Develop past performance and other section format/templates in accordance with RFP requirements and scope specific to each proposal effort
- Manage and coordinate data calls to and from teaming partners and internal contributors Participate as past performance SME in bid reviews, etc.
- Ensure that the spellings and grammar used in sentences are in accordance with a US communication style
- Ensure proposals are concise, well-written, compliant with requirements, and positioned appropriately as per the Company s value proposition

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Create technology related white-papers, case studies, success stories, product presentations, website content and other artifacts for technical and non-technical audiences including customers, C-level executives, industry analysts, etc.
- Manage past performance database and maintain other proposal content for reuse
- Convert complex technical concepts into simple, impactful and easy to understand messages that project value to non-technical audiences
