**Role & responsibilities**
- Strategically planning and execution of Client Acquisition and Business Development
- Generate meetings / appointments by telephonic communication and direct visits
- Prospecting through one-to-one meetings in person with Builders, Interior Architects, Property Owners and any other Influencers.
- Need analysis, Objection handling and Need generation
- Create a connect, build trust and generate loyalty with the prospects
- Aiming for lead conversion and contribute to the Sales Closure / Revenue Generation
- New client acquisition and old customer retention: both would be the core responsibility.
- Joining within 2 to 7 days is required (We prefer immediate joiners)
- Education: Graduate (Regular Course in any Stream) is preferred
- Age: 22 to 30 years
- Impressive personality and very good sense of dressing
- Excellent communication (Fluency in language without any mother tongue influence or pause)
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Extrovert, Positive Attitude and Open-minded
- **This is not a desk job.**Our Marketing and BD Personnel is required to go for business meetings on a daily basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
