**Content Creator & Video Editor**

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Develop high-quality, engaging graphics, videos, and animations tailored for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Conceptualize and produce content aligned with the company’s brand and objectives.
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, banners, and recruitment campaigns.

**Video Production**:

- Shoot, edit, and produce professional videos, including corporate introductions, recruitment tips, testimonials, and success stories.
- Optimize videos for various social media formats (horizontal for YouTube, vertical for Reels).
- Add captions, transitions, and effects to make videos engaging and shareable.

**Social Media Management**:

- Oversee and manage all social media channels(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Plan, schedule, and post content to drive engagement and increase followers.
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

**Brand Strategy & Engagement**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, recruitment, and video editing to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an active online community.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and promotes a professional image of the consultancy.

**What is essential for this position**:

- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience in using social media and other management tools (e.g., Youtube, LinkedIn, Meta Business Manager, Canva.)
- Knowledge of video optimization techniques for various social media platforms.
- Strong storytelling and visual design capabilities.
- Ability to create content that resonates with target audiences, especially professionals and job seekers.
- Eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management (portfolio required).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to bring fresh ideas to the table.
