The Role:
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant with hands-on experience working with tech influencers, personal brands, or AI creators, especially on X/Twitter. If you understand how to build an online audience, spark conversation, and create content people want to share — you'll thrive here.
You'll support the marketing and founder/content teams to scale SynergyLabs' digital identity, community engagement, and creator partnerships.
What You'll Own
Content & Messaging:
Draft tweets, threads, hooks, replies and short-form content aligned with the SynergyLabs brand tone.
Repurpose raw content (founder insights, product updates, trends) into polished social-ready formats.
Assist with newsletters, landing page microcopy, video scripts, and campaign messaging.
Collaborate with creative/editorial partners to bring ideas to life visually.
Community & Growth:
Engage with users, creators, influencers, and key voices in AI, tech, and productivity spaces.
Help execute platform-specific growth loops on X/Twitter and other emerging channels.
Monitor trends, conversations, and memes to identify opportunities for reactive content.
Production & Operations:
Maintain content calendars, publication workflows, and structured content systems (Notion preferred).
Track performance metrics, growth analytics, benchmark competitors and optimize based on insights.
Organize and maintain brand assets, messaging docs, and influencer engagement pipelines.
Required Experience:
1–3+ years managing or supporting digital marketing initiatives for:
Tech startups
Personal brands (especially founders)
AI tools, SaaS, or creator platforms:
Demonstrated success growing a Twitter/X community — either for yourself or a brand/creator.
Strong writing skills: sharp hooks, scroll-stopping copy, conversational yet credible tone.
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem: ChatGPT, Claude, agents, automation tools, and consumer AI trends.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Ghostwriting experience for tech influencers or founders.
Background in social storytelling formats (TikTok/Reels/short form).
Experience with tools like Typefully, Hypefury, TweetHunter, Buffer, Notion, Figma, Descript, or CapCut.
Understanding of growth psychology, virality mechanics, and dopamine-driven content loops.
