**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our Allied Health Sciences department as an Assistant Faculty in Anaesthesia and Operation Theatre Technology. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to begin a career in academics and healthcare education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and delivery of theoretical and practical sessions for Diploma/Bachelor’s programs in Anaesthesia and OT Technology.
- Guide and support students in lab activities, assignments, and clinical simulations.
- Participate in curriculum development and course planning under the supervision of senior faculty.
- Help in the coordination of clinical postings and assessments.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and student performance data.
- Promote a safe and effective learning environment in the classroom and lab.
- Stay updated with current trends and developments in Anaesthesia and OT practices.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic committees, and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- M.Sc. in Anaesthesia / OT Technology (or pursuing).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to academic excellence.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of teaching methods and academic procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Professional attitude and commitment to healthcare education.
