Position : Executive IT

Location : Reliance Mall, Jalandhar

Responsibility

Responsible for IT Infrastructure Maintenance.
- Responsible for Installation and technical Support for hardware & software.
- Responsible for Asset and Inventory Management.
- Responsible for Help Desk Management.
- Responsible for Configuration and troubleshooting for Users.
- Responsible to Network Administration.
- Responsible for Server Management & Maintenance.
- Managing & supporting internal Audits as per SOP's.
- Responsible for Reporting of incidents & Resolution TAT.
- Responsible for Managing POS, Screen display, EDC machine and Kiosk management

Qualification:
1. Education: B.tech/ Diploma in IT

2. Professional:
Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role in a reputed organization in Service/Hospitality/Retail industry.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
