Hyderabad Telangana, India AKSHAYAKALPA FARMS AND FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

Following a Permanent Journey Plan (PJP):

- Develop and adhere to a monthly PJP in consultation with the reporting manager.
- Visit a minimum of 20 locations equipped with visi-coolers, cold rooms, or deep freezers as part of the preventive maintenance schedule.

Utilizing Tracking App:

- Utilize the provided app for tracking daily progress, visit reports, issue resolution status, and escalation remarks to relevant stakeholders.

Issue Resolution:

- Resolve issues related to visi-coolers, cold rooms, and deep freezers on the spot with a maximum Turnaround Time (TAT) of 1 day (L1).
- Escalate unresolved issues to the manufacturer's technician for additional support (L2).
- If the technician's support is inadequate, escalate the issue to the Sales Point of contact of the distributor and your reporting manager (L3).

Stakeholder Communication:

- Be available to take calls from internal and external stakeholders regarding issues and resolve them within 1 day. Ad-hoc visits should be treated separately from the defined PJP.

Building Relationships:

- Familiarize yourself with the contact person at each retail store/Akshayakalpa spoke having visi-coolers, deep freezers, or cold rooms.
- Introduce yourself as the first point of contact from Akshayakalpa’s side for any related issues.

Logistics Management:

- Attend calls related to the shifting of equipment from one point to another.
- Arrange necessary transportation requirements by coordinating with the internal logistics team.

Documentation:

- Maintain the master sheet for visi-cooler/deep freezer/cold room deployment report.
- Keep proper documentation and receipts provided by technicians for servicing done by the manufacturer’s/distributor’s side.

Pay: ₹8,467.48 - ₹31,258.86 per month
