**Job Description for an Operation Executive**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor performance indicators and implement process improvements.
- Identify operational issues and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with different departments such as sales, finance, and human resources to ensure alignment of business goals.
- Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively.
- Support staff in achieving their performance goals through coaching and mentoring.
- **Resource Management**:

- Ensure efficient use of company resources, including inventory, equipment, and personnel.
- Coordinate the procurement of necessary resources and materials.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets and costs.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, KPIs, and other metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings to senior management and recommend action plans.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Develop and implement new operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure continuous improvement by staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing quality.
- **Customer and Stakeholder Management**:

- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks in operations and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support the development and enforcement of safety and security protocols.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project management and ERP software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY - 10,000 MINIMUM TO 18000 MAX (DEPEND ON SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE )

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
