**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain high standards of services at the Front Desk so that patients expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Any matter which may affect the interests of organization should be brought to the attention of the Management.
- Collect and communicate patient feedback obtained from patient/attenders in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining good relationship with patient/attenders
- Record all complaints / issues received and resolved by the CRE team
- Maintain and update the database with information on the nature of queries and status of resolution
- Coordinate and follow-up with other internal departments
- Provide quality service to the patients by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously. Responsible for daily administration
- Prepare MIS and reports on daily basis.
- Pleasant and Presentable Personality.
- Prior experience as a relationship executive in similar industry
