Monitoring and planning of ISM & ISPS Audits of all ships in the fleet.
- Preparation for DOC Internal & External Audits.
- Assisting Company’s Designated Person & CSO in ISM, MLC & ISPS related matters.
- Monitoring & maintaining a record of all ISM / ISPS related reports and documents.
- Correspondence with ships for tracking and follow up of documents.
- Preparing periodic status report of ISM / ISPS / MLC and FSI document and Management Review Meeting.
- Arranging for random testing for Drug & Alcohol by Company’s doctor on board ships.
- Assisting DP in conduct of Internal Audit on board ships.
- Maintaining a statistical record of accident & near miss situations on board ships and for deficiencies noted during FSI / PSC and safety audits - Circulating same to ships & management. Preparation of data for Management Review meetings.
- Periodic revisions / updation of Company’s SMS Manuals.
- Assisting in preparation of various manuals e.g. Garbage Management Plan, SEEMP, SOLAS training Manual, MLC 2006, etc.
- Coordination with DGS, MMD and Classification Societies for all ISM / ISPS related matters, conduct of audits and payment of fees.
- Assisting Management Representative for compliance with QMS ISO 9001:2015 & EMS ISO 14001:2015.
- Maintaining an updated record of ships certificates / survey status.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Mumbai - 400027, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
