As a Post Designer at Care of Celebration, you will be the creative force behind our visual storytelling. Your designs will shape our brand's online presence and convey the essence of our meticulously crafted events. You'll work closely with our marketing and event teams to create visuals that inspire, engage, and captivate our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually stunning and on-brand social media posts, graphics, and visual content that reflect the spirit of our events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate event concepts into compelling visuals that align with our brand identity.
- Craft captivating designs that evoke emotions, tell stories, and spark excitement around our events.
- Collaborate with event planners to create event-specific promotional material, enhancing the attendee experience.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our visual content remains innovative and impactful.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual and written content for seamless communication.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions to develop fresh and innovative design concepts.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects efficiently.
- Creative problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, ensuring designs are tailored for digital consumption.
