**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design high-quality graphics for educational content, social media, website, eBooks, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop visuals that support teaching and promotional goals.
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Edit and enhance existing designs and templates as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices, particularly in the education sector.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop** is a must.
- A portfolio showcasing creative design skills and previous projects.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Basic knowledge of print and digital design standards.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in designing for educational content is a plus.
- Knowledge of other tools like InDesign, Canva, or video editing software is an added advantage.
