We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented **Customer Care Executive** to join our growing team in the medical billing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their careers in healthcare support and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies regarding billing queries.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns related to medical bills, payment statuses, claim submissions, and insurance coverage.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as the claims processing team, to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of issues.
- Ensure accurate data entry of customer information and billing details into the system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff or supervisors when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresher SSC or recent graduate with a passion for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare or medical billing is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication skills (English both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
