**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide assistance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers
- Analyze the communication cycle between staff and customers, ensuring efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Contribute to the enhancement of the overall customer service experience

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Any Graduate
- 2 years of experience in automobile workshops
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues
- Strong analytical skills to assess communication processes

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
