**Summary**:

- Hands on design and development ofv product or services from concept to development to launch encompassing technology adoption, product engineering, service design, security and compliance and businessv process change. H4 -Incubate and adopt emerging technologies vand launch product /services faster with rapid prototyping and iterative methods to prove and establish value. For identified technologies, extend launch to enterprise scale ensuring value is derived. -Focus and align innovation efforts with the Business strategy, IT strategy and legal/regulatory requirements. -Identify and develop digital capabilities and ecosystem partnerships in alignment with Digital strategy and in support of TSA and Innovation. -Design and develop business and process requirements into tangible technical product deliverables across distributed cloud, web, mobile and blockchain platforms.

- This position will be located at Hyderabad, India. This position will require 10% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international).
- Your responsibilities include but are not limited to- Incubate and adopt new technologies and launch products/services faster with rapid prototyping & iterative methods to prove and establish value. For identified technologies, launch to enterprise scale, ensuring value is derived.
- Focus and align innovation efforts with the Business strategy, IT strategy, and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Establish and update strategies, implementation plans, and value cases to implement new technologies. Drive innovation using appropriate people, processes, partners, and tools.
- Identify and develop digital capabilities & ecosystem partnerships in alignment with Digital strategy and in support of TSA and Enterprise Innovation.
- Has end-to-ended accountability for services and products that are incubated, established, and delivered across multi-functional business areas.
- Serves as point of escalation, review, and approval for key issues and decisions and take decisions on the resource and capacity plans in line with Business priorities and strategies and close collaboration with delivery teams

- Experience in managing support operations for Data Analytics platform on cloud (AWS, Snowflake) and leading the digital platform roadmap, upgrades and hotfixes.
- Experience in Pharma Commercial & Digital Data sources with a focus on sourcing & strategy and knowledge of MLOps and project life cycle management is must.
- Emerging Technology Monitoring, Consulting, Influencing & persuading, Unbossed Leadership, IT governance, Building Impactful Teams, Vendor Management, Innovative & Analytical Technologies.
- Solid grasp of Analytical and technical frameworks for descriptive and prescriptive analytics and strong familiarity with AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake service offerings.
- Awareness of integration patterns across MDM/RDM and transactional systems and production experience delivering data lake projects, including data acquisition, quality, transformation, and publishing.
