**Job Description: Graphic Designer/Video Editor**

**Salary**:₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Key Details**:
**Interviews**: Offline only.

**Interview Time**: 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Edit raw footage** into polished videos, incorporating graphics, special effects, sound, and music.
- Work with the **creative team** to understand project scope, script, and video requirements.
- Ensure videos meet the **brand’s visual style** and messaging, maintaining consistency across platforms (YouTube, social media, websites).
- Collaborate with **videographers, photographers, and content creators** to ensure high-quality input and output.
- Edit content for a variety of formats, including **social media posts, promotional videos, tutorials, interviews**, and more.
- Implement and integrate **motion graphics**, text overlays, and other design elements to enhance visual storytelling.
- Stay updated on **current video editing trends** and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all content.
- Optimize video formats for various platforms (e.g., resizing for Instagram, YouTube.)
- Ensure **sound quality**, **color correction**, and **video transitions** are smooth and professional.
- **Revise and refine** video content based on feedback from stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Video Editor** with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
- **Proficiency in video editing software**, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Experience with **motion graphics software**, such as After Effects or Motion.
- Understanding of **color grading**, **sound editing**, and **video formatting**.
- **Strong storytelling skills** and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both **independently and collaboratively** with a team.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with **social media video trends** and best practices for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Basic understanding of **cameras and video equipment** is a plus.
- Creative mindset and the ability to **bring fresh ideas** to video content.
