Key responsibilities
- **Graphic Design**: Design visual assets such as logos, social media graphics, website elements, and print materials.
- **Content Creation**: Create motion graphics, simple animations, and integrate graphic elements into videos.
- **Collaboration**: Work with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop and refine concepts.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines, style, and tone.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain organized asset libraries, and meet tight deadlines.
- **Optimization**: Prepare final videos and graphics for various platforms (e.g., social media, web, broadcast).
Required skills and qualifications
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- **Creative Skills**: Strong visual storytelling ability, creativity, and knowledge of design principles like color theory and typography.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of video and graphic optimization for different platforms and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
