Job Overview:
As a Distributor Sales Representative at Pinnacle Plus, you'll be on the front lines, bringing our products directly to customers. Your enthusiasm, persuasive skills, and market knowledge will be instrumental in driving sales, building relationships, and contributing to the success of our brand.

**Responsibilities**:
Engage in active prospecting and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Conduct face-to-face meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our FMCG products.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer preferences, and trends, to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and update customer information.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the distributor's internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and timely deliveries.

Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and drive revenue.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing market conditions.

Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Flexibility to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
